Shipping & Returns
We strive to offer you the best products at a fair price. If for some reason there is a defect in the product, please bring it to our attention so we can immediately correct it. Please note: for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products.
Our products are not tested on animals of the four-legged kind … only on our two-legged friends and family ::smiles::. If you have allergies or other sensitivities, please check the ingredients carefully before using any of our products. Please check our common soap ingredient list, found on our Ingredients page. All ingredients will also be listed on the product label.If you have a question about a particular item before purchasing, please contact us.
Shipping and Payments
We ship most of our products via USPS Priority Mail. The boxes are provided at no cost from the USPS so we feel this offers you, our customers, and us the best value. We will ship all packages within 2 business days after receipt of payment, though we strive for a 1 day turn around.
If you choose to send us a check or money order, all purchases will be sent after the item clears our bank account, usually within 10 days.
PayPal now accepts credit card payments even if you do not have a PayPal account. We find PayPal to be the easiest and most direct way to accept and process your payment. Your products will be shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of payment through PayPal.
We also offer a secure credit card payment. You may enter your credit card at the time of the order and it will be charged when your order is ready to ship. Though we do have this option available, we prefer PayPal payments.
Insurance
Free Delivery Confirmation is added to each and every order; however, if you want the added protection of insurance, you may add it to your order. If your order is under $50, the cost is $1.35, between $50-$100, the cost is $2.30.
You can add insurance when you add your shipping ~ it will be calculated automatically.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. While our website is able to track visitors, it is used for stastical purposes only. We do not place cookies on your computer nor do we track your visits to other websites. Your email address nor any information you share with us will ever be shared with a 3rd party. Your information is safe with us.
