Shipping & Returns
We strive to offer you the best products at a fair price. If for some reason there is a defect in the product, please bring it to our attention so we can immediately correct it. Please note: for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products.
Our products are not tested on animals of the four-legged kind … only on our two-legged friends and family ::smiles::. If you have allergies or other sensitivities, please check the ingredients carefully before using any of our products. Please check our common soap ingredient list, found on our Ingredients page. All ingredients will also be listed on the product label.If you have a question about a particular item before purchasing, please contact us.
Shipping and Payments
Masks may be made to order. Shipping may take up to 7 days. We will strive to have them out sooner though it will depend on workload.
We ship most of our products via USPS Priority Mail. We are using Zone shipping, which is a bit less expensive than regular Priority Mail, The boxes are provided at no cost from the USPS so we feel this offers you, our customers, and us the best value. We will ship all packages within 2 business days after receipt of payment, though we strive for a 1 day turn around.
If we messed up in setting up zones and your shipping should be less, we will refund the difference between what you paid and what the price for your Zone should have been. If only order an item or two and we can ship it in a smaller, less expensive box, we will. We will then refund the difference to you.
You may pay with a credit card via Venmo, Square or PayPal. I prefer Venmo or Square. Your products will be shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of payment.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. While our website is able to track visitors, it is used for statistical purposes only. We do not place cookies on your computer nor do we track your visits to other websites. Your email address nor any information you share with us will ever be shared with a 3rd party. Your information is safe with us.
